The buyer problem: a legal question needs a precise source
A practical client question rarely begins with a citation. It may start with a transaction, a VAT treatment, a filing concern or an audit issue that needs a provision checked quickly. The relevant rule may sit inside an act, chapter, section, subsection, rule or clause, with related provisions elsewhere. Reading only a search result or a summary can hide the conditions, exceptions and surrounding language that change its meaning. Professional research needs a path from the question to a specific source section and back again.
