Act number 14 of the year 2075

Preamble: Whereas it is expedient to amend and consolidate the laws relating to labour in order to provide for rights, interests and benefits of labours, develop good labour relations by making explicit provisions on the rights and duties of labours and employers and increase productivity by ending all forms of labour exploitation;

Now, therefore, the Legislature-Parliament referred to in clause (1) of Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal has enacted this Act.
